We fabricate marble cased openings, vanities, bathtubs, and sculptural wall panels in Toronto, then crate and ship them to your project anywhere in Canada. Templating happens by mail. Your contractor or stone installer sets the piece on site. The fabrication standard is the same as our GTA work.
Specifying a marble vanity or surround for a Calgary or Vancouver project. We work directly off your specifications and ship to your client's contractor.
Drawing a custom carved surround into a Quebec or Atlantic project. We work from your drawings and produce shop drawings that match your specification.
Sourcing a focal-point marble piece for a high-end Calgary or Edmonton home. Your finish carpenter or stone installer sets the work; we handle everything upstream.
Renovating a primary residence in Montreal, Ottawa, or anywhere in Canada. Your contractor handles the install; we handle the stone, the fabrication, and the freight.

Case by case
Floor plans, photos, dimensions, stone preferences, finish, and target delivery date. For interior design and architecture clients we work from your spec sheets directly. For homeowners we walk you through what we need.
For straightforward openings and rectangular pieces we work from your dimensioned drawings. For complex or scribed work we ship a templating kit (rigid corrugated stock, cutting blade, instructions). Your installer takes the template on site and returns it by courier. Kit turnaround is one week.
We share shop drawings within five business days. For ship-only orders we strongly recommend a video walkthrough of the actual slab before cutting. You sign off on the slab; we cut. No surprises on delivery.
Same fabrication standard as our GTA work. Carved profiles take longer than flush profiles. Bookmatching, when called for, gets handled in this phase. We send progress photos at key milestones.
Pieces are crated in custom wooden frames with high-density foam padding, corner protection, and shock indicators on the exterior. Heavy pieces ship on flatbed; smaller pieces ship LTL freight on dedicated trucks for fragile cargo.
We coordinate with your contractor on delivery timing, dock or driveway access, and tail-lift requirements. Standard freight time across Canada is two to seven business days depending on region. Tracking and ETA shared with you and your contractor.
Your installer signs for the crate and inspects for transit damage immediately. We require photos of crate condition before opening and contents immediately after. Damage in transit is covered; documentation is the trigger.
Written install guides shipped with every crate. Profile-specific mounting instructions for Surface panels. Plumbing rough-in guides for Bath. Remote support by phone or video for the install team. We're available the day of install.
For openings that may have field variation we cut the piece slightly oversize and provide a trim allowance. Standard field allowance: 1/8 inch per side for archways and surrounds, 1/4 inch for vanity tops scribed to walls. Your installer trims to fit on site using a standard wet stone saw.
